What is Writer's Block FREEDOM?
Writer’s Block Freedom is two, nine-week-long classes to help you through all the different types of“Writer’s Block” you may be experiencing or will experience as time goes along.
Being armed with knowledge will stop “Writer’s Block” from ever knocking you down.
18 weeks of lessons, 16 assignments, 16 hour-long webinars to answer questions and help get your writing up to the speed you want it to be.
“Writer’s Block”: the term is a catch-all phrase to describe writers not being able to write like they want to write with their fiction. Or at the speed they want to write.
In its worst cases,“Writer’s Block” does not allow a writer to produce fiction words at all. In other cases, it stops a writer at a small amount of words per session, or doesn’t allow a writer to finish stories, or mail out stories and on and on.
The problem is that“Writer’s Block” is not just one thing and not just caused by one factor, but by hundreds and hundreds of causes. In putting this class together, Kristine Kathryn Rusch and I listed out over fifty forms of writer’s block, some of which she and I have fought through over the decades. Other forms we have only helped writers through.
“Writer’s Block” can kill a writer’s dreams and seemingly have no solution. But there are solutions, some seemingly simpler, others taking months of work to solve.
That’s why we wanted to make sure these two classes had a webinar component to help writers as a group work through what is stopping their writing. All writers think our problems are just our problems, but in reality, “Writer’s Block” has patterns and forms that can be solved.
That is what these two classes are about, helping you get back to your writing at the speed and with the joy you want. Sitting alone in a room and telling yourself stories should always be fun.
Don’t let any form of "Writer's Block" take that fun away.
